City upon the Stones

Across the harsh deserts and tall mountains stands a city built from the ruble of an empire, a city that has rebuilt the greatness of the terratonians, or the hard people of the earth; they are short, but vicious, like the seasons that plague this tough people. Unlike their aquatic neighbors, the terratonians experiance both day and night. The people resemble humans of earth, but shorter and more powerful, as they posses the power to move the earth at their will. Just like the Marina Peoples can move the sea, the Aeronians can move the wind, and the embarians can move fire. The terratonians make up most of the world's population, they are the most common of the four cities.
